What is the TPL Leadership Program?
TPL Leadership Program aims to equip young professionals with relevant skills and experiences by providing them the opportunity to work in several departments across the group. This helps in preparing the next generation of leaders in Pakistan’s corporate space.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of effective communication patterns and demonstrate the skill in various contexts. The ability to work with peers towards a common goal, share responsibilities, and help contribute to the capability of the team. One must also be capable to analyze situations, apply critical thinking, and set priorities in order to resolve problems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Innovative and collaborative mindset
- Proven track record of non-academic extra-curricular activities
- Work experience of not more than 1 year (optional)
